I am a senior pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics.
- CURRENT PROJECTS:
I am studying a large set of African, Asian, and American Primates’ genomes to determine if they possess signatures of selection on malaria related genes. I am specifically using a ratio of non-synonymous to synonymous changes in these genes to identify selection.
